The United Kingdom says it will send in excess of 100 eyewitnesses in 15 states for the election beginning on Saturday.
Catriona Laing, the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, said this on Tuesday while talking about the UK’s determination towards supporting Nigeria for free, reasonable and trustworthy election.
Catriona Laing said the UK would dependably regard Nigeria’s power yet would enable it to reinforce its majority rule government.
Talking as a visitor on Nigeria Info FM in Abuja, the British High Commissioner stated “As an autonomous eyewitness nation, we regard Nigeria’s power; we must remain with the general population of Nigeria in this majority rule venture.
“The procedure is the thing that issues to us. This is the reason we will send more than 100 observers in 15 states to help spectator missions from the European Union, United States Diplomatic Mission in Nigeria and other neighborhood eyewitnesses.
